We design and build it around your home and the way you use your kitchen. We either fit the kitchen ourselves or work with your chosen kitchen supplier, and we coordinate every trade, from the structure through to electrics, plumbing and finishes.

Yes. We either fit the kitchen ourselves or work with your chosen kitchen supplier, whichever suits you.
It depends on the size, height and position of the extension and on your property. Many extensions can be built under permitted development. Check with your local council before you start.
Your detailed proposal sets out what’s included and anything that isn’t. If you change the design or specification once work has started, we’ll agree any change to the price with you before that work goes ahead.
