If you’re building your own home, we can build it for you, from foundation to finish. We can work with your own architect or suggest one, and you’ll have a dedicated project lead from the first conversation to the day you get the keys.
We coordinate every trade, from groundworks and structure through to plumbing and finishes, with electrics by our dedicated electrical team, and we’ll guide you through planning and building regulations.

Yes. New builds need building regulations approval, which covers how the building is built, including structure, fire safety, insulation, drainage, ventilation and electrics.
We run the whole build and coordinate every trade, with a dedicated project lead as your point of contact throughout. Electrics are done by our dedicated electrical team.
Every home is different, so the most reliable figure is a detailed proposal for your project. It sets out what’s included and anything that isn’t.
