We run the whole build and coordinate every trade, and you’ll have your own dedicated project lead from the first visit to handover. We’ll guide you through planning and building regulations and, wherever we can, take care of all of it for you.

How we work
- We come and see you, talk through what you’d like and put together a detailed proposal for your project.
- We guide you through planning and building regulations and, wherever we can, take care of it for you.
- We run the build and coordinate every trade, from groundworks and structure to plumbing and finishes.
- Electrics are done by our dedicated electrical team.
- Before handover, we walk you round the finished space.

Not always. In England, many house extensions can be built under permitted development rights, as long as they stay within limits on size, height and position. Some larger rear extensions need the council’s prior approval first. Check with your local council before you start.
It depends on the project, so the most reliable figure is a detailed proposal for yours. The main things that affect the price are the size and design, the materials and finishes, the ground and foundations, access and services.
Yes. We’ll guide you through planning and building regulations from the start and, wherever we can, take care of all of it for you.
