A shop fit-out on one of London’s best-known streets
About the project
The King’s Road is one of London’s best-known shopping streets, and a fit-out here has to be done properly. We’re working with Chelsea Music Club to create a space that feels right for the shop and the people who visit it — planned carefully, built with care and finished to the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
As on all our projects, we’re keeping things straightforward: a clear plan, regular updates and close attention to the details that make a shop feel finished. We’ll share more about the work here as the project moves along.

Chelsea Music Club – Old Character, Brought Back to Life
Work at Chelsea Music Club on King’s Road is moving along nicely, and the building’s character is starting to show. On the top floor, decorating is under way, with all the old features being carefully brought back to life.
Behind the walls, first fix electrics and plumbing are complete on both floors. The plasterers are now on the first floor, skimming the walls and ceilings and getting everything ready for second fix carpentry.
That’s when the finishing joinery goes in: wall panelling, doors, skirting and architraves, laid alongside reclaimed floorboards. With the colour schemes now being decided, the space is beginning to take on the look and feel it was always meant to have.
